Payment Plan Terms & Conditions
Multiple Payment Deadlines
Customers who select a payment plan will be provided with multiple instalment deadlines.
Each deadline corresponds to a specific amount owed.
Deposit & Booking Fee
The deposit and booking fee are 100% non-refundable from the point of booking.
These amounts secure your place and will not be returned under any circumstances.
Liability for Instalments
Once a payment deadline has passed, the customer is fully liable for the corresponding instalment amount, regardless of whether payment has been made.
If a payment deadline is missed, any funds already paid will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Missed Payments & Chasers
If you miss a payment deadline, our team will send up to two reminder emails (“chasers”) to request payment.
These reminders will outline the outstanding balance and provide clear instructions for completing payment.
Failure to Pay
If the outstanding amount is not settled after two chasers, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
All amounts already paid (including deposits, booking fees, and any instalments) will be forfeited.
