Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

  1. Multiple Payment Deadlines

    • Customers who select a payment plan will be provided with multiple instalment deadlines.

    • Each deadline corresponds to a specific amount owed.

  2. Deposit & Booking Fee

    • The deposit and booking fee are 100% non-refundable from the point of booking.

    • These amounts secure your place and will not be returned under any circumstances.

  3. Liability for Instalments

    • Once a payment deadline has passed, the customer is fully liable for the corresponding instalment amount, regardless of whether payment has been made.

    • If a payment deadline is missed, any funds already paid will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  4. Missed Payments & Chasers

    • If you miss a payment deadline, our team will send up to two reminder emails (“chasers”) to request payment.

    • These reminders will outline the outstanding balance and provide clear instructions for completing payment.

  5. Failure to Pay

    • If the outstanding amount is not settled after two chasers, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

    • All amounts already paid (including deposits, booking fees, and any instalments) will be forfeited.
